The problem

Most reporting time is spent assembling, not deciding

The data exists. It is just scattered across an ads manager, a storefront, a site analytics property and three exports someone made on Friday. Reconciling them is a job. Doing it every week is a habit.

Meanwhile the questions that actually matter — which campaign is losing money right now, which creative stopped working, which product line carries the margin — arrive faster than any fixed dashboard can be rebuilt to answer them.

You don’t need another spreadsheet. You need your evening back.

  • Six to eight hours a week is a common answer when marketers are asked how long reporting takes.
  • Definitions drift between platforms — three tools, three versions of “conversion”.
  • Waste hides in aggregates. A healthy account-level ROAS can conceal a campaign burning budget every day.
  • The analyst becomes a queue. Every ad-hoc question waits behind whoever knows the report builder.

Features

What Oogwai Analytics does

Ask Oogwai

A natural-language query interface over every connected source. Type the question, get the figure, the trend and the window it was calculated on.

Prompt-backed widgets

Pin any answer to a dashboard. The widget keeps the prompt, so it re-runs on fresh data instead of freezing a snapshot.

Custom dashboards

Group widgets into named dashboards — daily spend, weekly conversions, campaign ROAS — one per question your team keeps asking.

Ad spend diagnostics

Continuous checks for targeting overlap, creative fatigue and budget leakage, surfaced as findings rather than buried in a table.

ROAS and margin view

Blend spend from ad platforms with revenue from the storefront to see return by campaign, channel, product and geography.

Alerts and monitoring

Hourly or daily monitoring on the metrics you choose, with notifications in-product, by email or straight into Slack.

Scheduled reports

The same answer, the same people, the same morning — without anyone rebuilding it. Full support for agency-style client reporting.

Workspaces

Separate brands, clients or business units, each with its own connections, dashboards and members.

Raw data access

Every connection exposes its raw synced data and full sync history, so an answer can always be traced back to the record it came from.

Questions

Oogwai Analytics FAQ

What is Oogwai Analytics?

Oogwai Analytics is an AI analytics product for marketing, e-commerce and growth teams. It connects to the platforms where your performance data already lives — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify, YouTube Analytics, Google Search Console and BigQuery — and lets anyone ask questions about that data in plain English.

Instead of building a report and hoping it answers next month's question, you type the question and get the number, the chart and the source behind it.

What kinds of questions can I ask?

Anything your connected data can answer. Typical examples: "what was our blended ROAS last month by channel?", "which campaigns spent more than 50,000 and returned under 1x?", "show daily conversion rate for the last 7 days", "which products are driving repeat purchases?", "what is our bounce rate on organic landing pages this quarter?", "which audiences overlap between these two campaigns?"

If a question can't be answered from the connected sources, Oogwai says so rather than inventing a figure.

How does Oogwai find wasted ad spend?

Three patterns account for most quiet budget loss, and Oogwai looks for all three continuously.

Targeting overlap — two or more campaigns bidding for the same people, so you pay twice for one customer. Creative fatigue — frequency climbing while click-through and conversion fall, meaning the ad has stopped working before the budget notices. Budget leakage — spend accumulating on placements, geographies, keywords or SKUs that have never returned above break-even.

Is this a replacement for Google Analytics?

No, it sits on top. GA4, Google Ads and the rest stay your systems of record. Oogwai reads them, joins them into one view and makes them answerable, so you stop exporting three CSVs to answer one question.

How do dashboards and widgets work?

Any answer can be pinned to a dashboard as a widget. Widgets keep their prompt, so they re-run against fresh data rather than freezing a snapshot — and you can edit the prompt later to change what the widget tracks.

You can keep several dashboards per workspace, for example one for daily spend, one for weekly conversions and one for campaign ROAS.

Can I get alerts and scheduled reports?

Yes. Set a metric to be watched and Oogwai monitors it on an hourly or daily cadence depending on your plan, then notifies you in-product, by email or in Slack when it moves outside the range you set. Scheduled reports send the same answer to the same people on the same day without anyone rebuilding it.

Does it work for agencies managing several clients?

Yes. Workspaces isolate each client's connections, dashboards and members. You can switch between them from the top bar, and reporting can be produced per client without cross-contamination of data.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your connected business data is used to answer your questions inside your workspace. It is not pooled with other customers' data and it is not used to train shared models. See the privacy policy for the full statement.

What access does Oogwai need?

Read access, granted through the provider's own OAuth screen. Oogwai does not change budgets, pause campaigns or edit records. You can revoke access at any time from the Integrations tab or from the provider.

How long does setup take?

Most teams connect their first source and get their first answer inside ten minutes. There is no data model to build, no schema to define and no implementation project.

What does it cost?

The Free plan is $0 a month with four integrations, 30 queries and 30 days of history, and needs no card. Growth is $30 a month, or $20 a month billed annually, and adds 300 queries, dynamic widget refresh, lifetime history, live support and WhatsApp notifications. Enterprise is quoted. See pricing.
