Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is $0 per month, needs no card, and is not a time-limited trial. It includes the Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Analytics and Google Ads integrations, 30 queries a month, static dashboard widgets, AI-based onboarding support and 30 days of data history.
What is a query?
One question asked of your data through Ask Oogwai. Free includes 30 a month; Growth includes 300. Refreshing a dashboard widget on Growth does not consume queries, because widget refresh is dynamic on that plan.
What do I get by moving to Growth?
Everything in Free, plus 300 queries a month, dynamic widget refresh, live support and onboarding from a person rather than the AI assistant, lifetime data history instead of 30 days, early access to new features, and WhatsApp notifications.
How much is Growth?
$30 per month on monthly billing, or $20 per month billed annually — $240 for the year, which is 33% below the monthly rate. The toggle at the top of this page switches the card between the two. Both are billed in US Dollars, exclusive of applicable taxes.
What does “lifetime data history” mean?
On Free, Oogwai keeps 30 days of synced history, so questions about anything older cannot be answered. On Growth, history is retained for as long as the account is active, which is what makes year-on-year and long-range trend questions possible.
Can I change or cancel later?
Yes. Plans move up or down and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your connections and dashboards stay in the account — you simply revert to Free-tier limits. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law; see the Terms of Service.
